1. What was your experience training with James Higgins?
James is a first-class personal trainer who strikes the perfect balance between making each session tough but also enjoyable. There is real depth to his knowledge and methods. I leave each session feeling and seeing improvements. Each session is also varied but focused on your own personal goals. I have been training with James twice each week for the last 6 months and no two sessions have been exactly the same. He also tailors each session to how I feel. If my energy is low because of either a busy work schedule or the kids being awake during the previous night, James will normally work this out during the warm up and then adapt my session accordingly, but he still manages to get maximum effort for me. He is a committed and dedicated personal trainerwho gets sustainable results for his clients.
2. What results did you get from training?
The results James has achieved since I have been training with him are outstanding. He has significantly reduced my body fat (14 pounds to date), increased my relative strength and transformed by body shape.
